AUGUST RE UPDATE, HOW MUCH HAVE VALUES RISEN THIS YEAR? GAS PRICES,RATES?

Hey Friends- Real Estate Update! How much have values risen this year? The avg.

sales price In the FRESNO area in July was $257,789. This gives an approx. 6%

rise for the year.

The median sales price rose to $242,450. July 

sales show that the Fresno market values are 

steady.Overall for the year, rising. 

ACTIVE HOMES. Active homes on the Fresno market is 823. 

In Clovis, 226 homes are active. The low 
inventory of homes will keep putting 
pressure on home values to rise. 

CLOVIS area, the average sales price was $346,760. The median sales price 
was $319,900. Values have consistently risen.Over 6% for the year. Take advantage of my knowledge to benefit your real estate portfolio.

INTEREST RATES. FHA/VA is in mid 4's(4.00-4.50) Conventional in mid to high 4's(4.25 to 4.75) Always confirm with your trusted lender. (FEDS are 
continuing to plan to steadily raise interest rates throughout the rest of the 
year) If you do not have a lender, I have some excellent lenders I can refer
