The avg.sales price In the FRESNO area in
December was $273,025. There were 414 sales.
The median sales price rose to $240,000.
Days on market 32.The average sales price for
2017 rose little over 9%. The Median price rose
for the year about 9%.

Fresno market is 655.
In Clovis, 181 homes are active.Bonus. Madera. Active homes are 154.
This is the lowest I have seen the inventory
of homes in the Fresno/Clovis & Madera
area in several years. This will Keep putting pressure on home
values to rise.
CLOVIS area. December. The average sales price
was $327,332. 139 sales.The median sales price
was $315,000. Days on Market 30. Median sales
price rose 9%in 2017.
Bonus. Madera proper. The average sales price
$240,625.Median was $230,000.Values are still
