Here is an update of the following areas.
Clovis, Fresno & Madera.
As per information garnered from the Fresno
Multiple Listing Service on ACTIVE HOMES in
these 3 markets:

MADERA area. Active homes are 149.
These are some of the lowest numbers I have
seen in regards to homes for sale
in the Fresno/Clovis & Madera area in several
years. This will keep putting
pressure on home values to continue to rise.
Only rising interest rates may possibly slow
it down.
The avg. sales price in the FRESNO area in
CLOVIS area. February. The average sales price
