1st 3 months(1st quarter) of 2018:
In Fresno, up 1.5%
In Clovis, up 6 %
In Madera, up 8%
March '17 to March '18:
In Fresno, up 15%
In Clovis, up 4.5%
Madera, up 22%(Wow)
Now, here is the monthly update:

ACTIVES. In the FRESNO market is 706.
In CLOVIS, 222 homes are active.
MADERA area. Active homes are 154.
low number homes for sale.
Again, I repeat what I blogged last month,
This will keep putting pressure on
home values to continue to rise. Only rising
interest rates may possibly slow it down.
The avg. sales price in the FRESNO area in
March was $277,017. There were 490 sales.
The median sales price rose to $252,000.
Days on Market 36.

CLOVIS area. March. The average sales price
was $347,991. 160 sales.The median sales price
was $321,857. Days on Market 43.
$292,069. 59 sales. Median was $258,000.
