May Real Estate Update in June: Graduations? Last month's Sales, Vacation?

born & raised in the Central valley. In this nation.

Well, friends, what is happening in the local
real estate market?

the Fresno Multiple Listing Service)

ACTIVES. In the FRESNO market is 739.

In CLOVIS, 251 homes are active.

MADERA area. Active homes are 164.
Inventory has increased. A little. If inventory

increases, riing home values will start to slow
down. Interest rates are slowly rising.

The avg. sales price in the FRESNO area in

April was $262,554. There were 560 sales.
The median sales price rose to $243,000.
Days on Market 31.

CLOVIS area. April. The average sales price

was $359,532. 162 sales.The median sales price

was $324,750. Days on Market 30.

MADERA. The average sales price

$253,386. 68 sales. Median was $240,000.

Are Values are still rising? We will check
next month?
