January Real Estate Update: Average sales price rose? Gas prices,Lincoln Brewster, Interest rates
Hey Friends- January Real Estate Update! For the Fresno/Clovis area, values in
December. '16 rose(Average sale price $245,369.)
The median sales price for last month was $219,800. This continues to rise.
In just Clovis, ca., The average sales price is $325,375. If you are thinking of moving to the Clovis area. I suggest you do it as soon as you can.
Gas prices have risen,according to Gas Buddy, Lowest gas price is $2.39 in the Clovis/Fresno area.
Interest rates steady.
Hopefully, government officials will work together to create the Temperance Flat Dam for water storage for this area. We need to store water.
Anyway, with good prices and fair interest rates the local real estate market remains healthy.

On a personal note, I went to Sacramento for a few days. Went to the Railroad Museum. See photo with Me & Joshua. Saw some Friend/clients. Also, went to Bayside Church. Good speakers. Plus, one of our favorite singer/guitarist, Lincoln Brewster, was there.
Also, went to HINO OISHI Japanese restaurant. It was very good. It is at Campus Pointe.
