August R.E. Update: 7 months, market up? July Sales Update, Antman & Wasp

Hi Friends- End of August! 3 day weekend. 

Yay! I hope you have some nice plans. 

Well, friends, what is happening in the local 

real estate market?I stated last month, I 

would give a Half year update.Well, this is a 

7 month update for 2018.

Fresno market is a little wobbly. After rising 
to an avg. of 5% at the 6 month mark, it has 
dropped.  

As of the end of July it is up 2% for the year. 

This could be an anomaly. We will see come 

next month's Update. 
Clovis market continues to blaze. Up 8.6%.
Madera market as well. 9%.
Overall, local real estate continues to rise in value.
Below are the July sales info.

ACTIVES. In the FRESNO market is 974.
increase of over 8%. 

In CLOVIS, 311 homes are active. Slight increase.

MADERA area. Active homes are 187. Steady. 

The avg. sales price in the FRESNO area in 

July was $278,746.There were 526 sales. 
The median sales price rose to $248,000. 
Days on Market 28.

CLOVIS area. July. The average sales price 

was $378,795. 186 sales.The median sales 
price was $319,000. Days on Market 30. 

MADERA, July. Average sales price 

$266,538. 92 sales. Median was $257,950.

Personal side...Just saw Marvel studios movie:

Antman & The Wasp, with my son, Joshua, 
& friends. Good.

We've also seen, Mission Impossible Fallout. 

Old school stunts. Very good!

What movies did you see this summer?

Speaking of movies. Oct. 20th.

The direct sequel to the original Halloween 
movie Is coming out. My birthday as well.
