JULY Real Estate Update: MAY & JUNE SALES,Are Values still rising? More inventory?

Hi Friends- July!! 


Well, friends, what is happening in the local 

real estate market?

I have included May & June sales below.


(All information garnered from 
the Fresno Multiple Listing Service)

ACTIVES. In the FRESNO market is 890. 
In CLOVIS, 287 homes are active.
MADERA area. Active homes are 184. 
Inventory has increased? A little,again. Interesting. 
Even with increase inventory
Home values continue strong? But, are they rising?

The avg. sales price in the FRESNO area in 
May was $287,303.There were 585 sales. 
The median sales price rose to $260,000. 
Days on Market 28.
in June, was $280,847. There were 597 sales. 
The median sales price rose to $258,000. 
Days on Market 32.
Over the last 2 months, values have risen.

CLOVIS area. May. The average sales price 
was $357,643. 186 sales.The median sales price 
was $334,500. Days on Market 30. 
June. The average sales price
was $371,742. 170 sales.The median sales price 
was $345,000. Days on Market 30.
Values have risen in Clovis.

MADERA, May. Average sales price 
$266,538. 92 sales. Median was $257,950.
June.The average sales price $279,279. 
79 sales. Median was $260,000.
Average days on market 54.
Values have risen in Madera. 

Question from last update was, "Are Values still 
rising?" The answer is yes. I will give a Half 
year update soon.

Johnson movie, with my son, Joshua, & friends. 







We've also seen Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom 
& the new Star Wars movie: SOLO. we are hoping to 
to see Antman & the Wasp & the New Mission Impossible.
