Well, friends, what is happening in the local 

real estate market?How Did we do this past year?

Well, this is a how much each of these markets 

rose in 2019.

Fresno market rose approx. 4.5% in 2019.

Still healthy considering how much values have

risen in the last few years. 
Clovis market. Up Approx.3.5% for the year.
Madera market is well. Up over 6.9%. Again,Partly
fueled by all the higher priced new construction 
in the Hwy 41 corridor.  
Overall, the local real estate continues to rise 
in value. 
Below are the January sales info.

the Fresno Multiple Listing Service)

ACTIVES. Presently, in the FRESNO market is 612 

active homes.
32% decrease of inventory since 2018.
In CLOVIS, 247 homes are active. Decrease of 27%.
MADERA area. Active homes are 200. 23% decrease. 

The January avg. sales price in the FRESNO area 
in was $290,876.There were 359 sales. 
The median sales price rose to $260,000. 
Days on Market 48.

CLOVIS area. Jan. The average sales price 
was $359,953. 156 sales.The median sales 
price was $368,940,000. Days on Market 21. 

MADERA, Jan. Average sales price 
$317,501. 127 sales. Median was $290,000.
Days on Market 36.

Overall, with the Central Valley weather,  the 
overall local market remains healthy.
