Before I get to the real Estate update, I want to tell you,I need Help! Please share this info. I am having 1 Open House Saturday & another on Sunday.

Real estate market. Presently, Home prices in the Fresno/Clovis area jumped 5% last month. Remarkable. Gas prices are steady. With a momentary drop.
Anyway, with basically good gas prices & good interest rates, these are good signs that the local real estate market is healthy.
We have,what I call, a present monthly absorption rate of approx.61%.
To clarify,In June, approx.61% of the homes on the market sold!

Average sales price was $265,159

Average sales price was $245,106 a year ago.

1,209. The present inventory stands at 1,238. We have,what I call, a present monthly absorption rate of approx.61%.
