OCTOBER RE UPDATE: HAVE PRICES RISEN FOR THE 1ST 3 QUARTERS OF 2017? GAS PRICES, INTEREST RATES

Hello Friends- Happy October! Quick Update. As per information garnered

from the Fresno Multiple listing service, for the 3 quarters of 2017:

Home prices in Fresno rose 9%. 

Home prices in Clovis roser 9.5%. 

The avg.sales price In the FRESNO area in 
September was $271,948. 

There were 483 sales. The median sales 

price rose to $248,000. 

 

ACTIVE HOMES. Active homes on the 
Fresno market is 797. 

In Clovis, 257 homes are active. 
The low inventory of homes will keep 
putting pressure on home values to rise. 

CLOVIS area, the average sales price was $344,289. 154 sales.
The median sales price was $322,450. 
Values are still consistently rising.

GAS PRICES. Presently, gas prices are steady,according to Gas Buddy.com. 
The lowest gas prices are $2.69-2.79 in Fresno. Clovis $2.73-$2.95.

INTEREST RATES. FHA/VA is in the high 
3's mid 4's(3.75-4.50) 
Conventional in low to high 4's
(4.00 to 4.75) depending on credit scores.
Always confirm with your trusted lender.
(FEDS are planning to raise interest rates in December)
